About the Role
Leruo Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design and planning efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to determine project needs and produce initial sketches, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings.
- Prepare specifications, building plans, and structural details for construction.
- Ensure all designs conform to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and consultant teams (engineers, contractors).
- Visit construction sites to inspect progress, solve problems, and ensure work matches the design.
Requirements
- BTech/Degree or higher in Architecture Studies
- Professional Registration with SACAP (South African Council for Architectural Profession)
- A valid driver’s licence
- ID copy
