About the Role
Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Foreman to join our client’s team within the civil construction industry. As a Foreman, you will be pivotal in managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site to maintain workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff and crew members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate construction challenges effectively.
- Valid driver’s license (Code B).
