About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Industrial Graphic Designer to join our production-focused creative team in Gezina, Pretoria. As an integral part of our design and manufacturing process, you will be responsible for producing accurate, production-ready artwork that seamlessly integrates into manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design production-ready artwork for signage, packaging, license plates, banners, boxes, and marketing materials.
  • Develop structural packaging designs, including dielines, folds, dimensions, and material specifications.
  • Prepare artwork files correctly for production, including colour profiles, bleed settings, and print-ready formatting.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient.
  • Maintain brand consistency and design quality across all outputs.
  • Edit images and support the creation of visual assets for marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight production deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy and minimise material waste through proper design setup.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial graphic design or print production design.
  • Strong proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience designing packaging, dielines, signage or large-format print artwork.
  • Solid understanding of print production workflows and file preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
