About the Role
The Technical Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the planning department, overseeing various aspects of production and engineering, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the planning department.
- Oversee drafting, process planning for production and engineering plus the fabrication of projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for on time delivery to Sales Customers.
- Mentor and develop planning talent and industrial solutions within the team.
- Develop and implement scheduling rules and practices.
- Identify problems and help improve processes.
- Use software to generate reports and schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications
