About the Role
ProStaffSelect are seeking a skilled and innovative Fresh Foods Display Planner & Deli Supervisor to join our team at our organic and farm fresh eatery and deli emporium in Green Point, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be an “out of the box” thinker with a keen attention to detail, able to create visually appealing displays that entice shoppers to buy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for the deli and fresh foods section
- Design and maintain eye-catching point-of-sale displays and fixtures
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and drive customer engagement
- Supervise and train junior staff members on visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- Qualification in visual communications, graphic design, or a related discipline
- Outstanding creative, design, and analytical skills
- Previous experience as a visual merchandiser, or experience working in a merchandising team
- Keen interest in the current trends of visual merchandising
- Information about consumer needs and patterns
