Requirements

  • Relevant qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years real hands-on work experience in a similar position.
  • Must be familiar with Canva and CapCut Canva for static posts/graphics; CapCut for short-form video edits.
  • Ability to work with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work with Meta Business Suite and IG/TikTok analytics.
  • Familiarity with basic boosts, light product shots, or coordinating user-generated content (UGC) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proactive with trends and ideas.

Day to day Duties

  • Plan monthly content calendars (concepts, hooks, captions, hashtags)
  • Create posts/graphics in Canva.
  • Edit Reels/TikToks in CapCut
  • Handle community management (comments/DMs, escalate when needed)
  • Track performance and turn it into simple, actionable monthly reports.
