Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures for all building systems
- Draft and manage technical scopes of work for contractors and service providers
- Maintain digital records of drawings, manuals, compliance certificates, and technical documentation
- Build and manage a preventative maintenance master schedule across the full property portfolio
- Issue and monitor all technical tickets and maintenance workflows via monday.com
- Provide technical guidance to Property Coordinators and oversee execution quality
- Perform technical audits on completed work before invoice approval
- Coordinate emergency response and vendor dispatch during system failures
- Ensure vacant properties are technically secured and maintained
- Cross-check contractor quotations to prevent overpricing or unnecessary work
- Support statutory compliance through proactive scheduling of inspections and COC requirements
- Prepare maintenance logs and documentation for audits and insurance purposes
- Act as technical escalation point before matters are elevated to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in building systems, facilities management, or infrastructure administration
- Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, solar, generators, and structural systems
- Proven experience drafting scopes of work and technical documentation
- Strong organisational and data management capability across multiple properties
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- High attention to detail with structured process thinking
- Confident decision-maker able to step into departmental leadership when required
- Strong written communication skills for professional documentation
- Systems-driven mindset with experience using workflow platforms (e.g., monday.com advantageous)
