- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalGAP, SIZA, BRC, and LAEF standards. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A go-getter with strong problem-solving capabilities and the confidence to take initiative.
