Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative, reusable Business Intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Build and maintain robust BI data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Delivery Heads to recommend the use of new and emerging technologies
- Contribute to defining a clear technical roadmap that delivers competitive advantage for clients
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of all BI and data platforms
- Develop scalable and reusable BI components to support multiple business use cases
- Translate business requirements into effective technical BI solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve BI platform and data-related issues
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, data governance standards, and best practices
- Actively contribute to a collaborative developer and BI community through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modelling
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience recommending and implementing new or emerging BI and analytics technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining and supporting production BI platforms
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
