About the Role
The Senior Receptionist role at our establishment is a crucial position that requires exceptional administrative skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities. As the face of our Welcome Desk/Reception, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for our members and providing top-notch service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Club Administration when necessary
- Cash management
- Communication with members and staff
- Managing Receptionist
- Monitoring of access and overrides for staff and members
- Resolving member complaints
- Training of Receptionist
Requirements
- Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
- Advanced levels of administrative accuracy

- Display uncompromising levels of honesty and integrity
- Excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
- Intermediate PC skills
