About the Role
The Franchise Manager – Restaurant position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned management professional to lead our restaurant franchise in Limpopo. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in managing multiple sites in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Restaurant, or Food Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-site operations to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive performance growth
- Utilize advanced MS Office skills to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ensure safe and responsible driving practices as a Code 8 driver
Requirements
- 3 years or greater Management leadership experience, managing multi sites in a similar industry (QSR, Restaurant or Food Retail)
- Commercial background and a proven track record of performance
- Advanced MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- POS knowledge
- Drivers License (Code 8)
- Own Vehicle
