About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Consultant to join our client in telecommunication, based in Midrand, Johannesburg. As a senior contractor, you will design, deploy, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure. If you have a deep understanding of AWS services and passion for cloud computing, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploying and maintaining cloud applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues
- Collaborating with teams to optimize cloud solutions
- Staying current with AWS services and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
The cost-to-company rate is up to R500 per hour, negotiable on experience and ability.
