About the Role
A dynamic Internal Sales Consultant is required to join a fast-paced company, utilizing sales, customer service, and client management skills to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking and processing orders (phone, email & Teams)
- Assisting walk-in clients and onboarding new customers
- Generating and following up on leads
- Preparing quotes, invoicing & dispatching orders
- Managing stock, back orders and supplier orders
- Supporting sales promotions and marketing initiatives
- Handling client queries and maintaining excellent customer service
- Basic reception and administrative duties
Requirements
Strong sales and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional, friendly and customer focused
