Job Description
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and electronic filing systems
- Assist with admin relating to estates, trusts, life policies, investments, and medical aid matters
- Manage correspondence via email, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Support the team during busy periods and assist with meeting deadlines
- Ensure high accuracy, particularly when working with financial information
- Deliver and collect documents for client meetings when required
- Work with CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and proficient in English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
- Completion of the RE5 exam advantageous, but not required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport (essential)
- Professional, punctual, and well-presented
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Residing in the Helderberg area will be advantageous
