About the Role
Stonebridge HR Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Sales professional to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales growth through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business leads through cold calling and networking
- Qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong value system (respectful, punctual, honest, integrity)
- Self-motivated (being motivated by money / or prestige are very usable traits in this role)
- Excellent communicator (articulate, well spoken, good listener)
- Self-Confident but humble (not arrogant)
- Someone who will take responsibility for the generation of sales with or without leads, owning their role and chasing a target with vigour and determination.
Skills required
- Resilience – able to handle rejection
- Staying motivated and persistent
- Experience in talking to senior executives
- Able to qualify prospects and spark an interest
- Experience in B2B sales
- Comfortable making 50+ sales calls in a day and using CRM system for tracking
