About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Hluhluwe, located on the cusp of a World Heritage Site and overlooking Lake St. Lucia. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of resort operations in conjunction with the Resort Property Custodian
- Ensuring highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement
- Shaping the guest experience, maintaining property reputation, and driving business goals
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial acumen
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of 4-star resort operations and leadership experience
- Strong financial management skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent Rate management and Reservations skills
- In-depth knowledge of lodge operations
