About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at an off-grid location in Hluhluwe, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, as well as interacting with wildlife in a safe and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pumps, boreholes, and filtration systems
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of water systems
• Interact with wildlife while adhering to strict safety protocols
• Maintain basic mechanical systems, including pressure systems
• Report any issues or concerns through computer-based reporting systems
• Perform standby duties as required

Requirements

• Trade-tested Plumber or relevant plumbing qualification
• Minimum 35 years plumbing experience
• Valid drivers license
• Experience working with water systems and conservation practices (advantageous)
