About the Role
Aleon Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Organizational Development Business Partner to drive successful organizational change and enhance our company culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic foundation in organizational development, extensive experience in driving change, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate organizational change efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, process improvements, and cultural shifts
- Design and deliver leadership programs that empower managers and executives to lead effectively
- Create and facilitate team-building workshops to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust among teams
- Assess organizational culture, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities using data-driven insights to inform OD interventions
- Align OD initiatives with the company’s strategic goals and develop action plans to measure progress
- Champion employee engagement by implementing surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Facilitate problem-solving, continuous improvement, and process design workshops as and when required
- Work closely with HR colleagues to integrate OD practices into talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning
Requirements
- BCom HR / BSocial Science / BA Degree in Organizational Psychology, or related field: A solid academic foundation in organizational development
- Minimum 7 years of OD experience: Proven track record of driving successful organizational change
- Change Leadership: Ability to guide teams through complex transformations
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making
- Facilitation Skills: Skilled in leading problem-solving workshops, focus groups, and training sessions
- Strategic Mindset: Understand the big picture and align OD efforts with business objectives
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace ambiguity
