About the Role
The Internal Broker position in our Cape Town City Centre office requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. As an internal broker, you will be responsible for managing new business, renewals, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, multi-claimant claims, and referrals. You will also be expected to manage your own area of control and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Meet performance standards for quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Matric
- Fais Compliant (Full Short Term Insurance Qualification at NQF level 4 or higher)
- Successfully passed RE5
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Short Term Insurance
- Effective Time Management skills
- Computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
- Email and Telephone Etiquette
- SOP concept
Qualifications
- Class of Business certificate in personal lines if registered before 2018
- Updated DOFA report as a registered Rep not working under supervision
