About the Role
The Sales Administrator role at Persona Staff is a key position that requires excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for handling all inbound sales queries and orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound sales queries and orders.
- Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Verify orders, including customer details and payment information.
- Capture data into our internal computer system.
- Provide quotes to existing and potential clients.
- Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times.
- Accurately invoice clients.
- Expedite orders through internal coordination.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to perform under pressure
- A driver’s license with reliable transport (advantageous)
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, a strong foundation in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills are essential.
