About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a remote bush environment in Limpopo, South Africa. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on generators, water treatment systems, and other equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior maintenance staff.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide assistance with guest requests and issues related to facilities and services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Trade qualification (electrician, plumber, carpenter, or similar) advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of generators, and water treatment systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
Salary & Benefits
Three weeks on, 7 days off. 5% Provident – does not form part of CTC package (compulsory membership). Uniform and food provided.
