About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead our quantitative investment strategies for listed credit, bringing expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and market analysis to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of quantitative investment strategies for listed credit
- Oversee portfolio construction, optimisation, and risk management
- Develop and refine quantitative models, factor frameworks, and statistical tools
- Analyse market, issuer, and structural risks across listed credit instruments
- Collaborate with analysts, traders, and risk teams to embed quantitative insights into investment decisions
- Contribute to thought leadership, investment committee discussions, and research outputs
- Lead the development and long-term growth of the listed credit capability
- Mentor junior team members
- Support client engagement, presentations, and reporting as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related quantitative discipline
- Experience in asset management with exposure to: Listed credit, Fixed income, Credit risk, Quantitative investment strategies
- Strong quantitative and statistical modelling capability
- Coding skills (Python, R, MATLAB, SQL) advantageous
- Strong understanding of portfolio theory, risk modelling, credit instruments, and market dynamics
