About the Role

An opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant & Office Administrator (Farm / Commercial Agriculture) is required for permanent employment based in Greytown, Natal Midlands. This demanding and high-pressure position requires accuracy, consistency, and strong leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Process payroll and perform other financial tasks as required
  • Develop and implement effective office systems and procedures
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other business-related activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous working experience in a farming or commercial agricultural environment
  • Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Practical working knowledge of Xero and Dext
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with payroll administration
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
