About the Role

Pillango Placements is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with more than 10 years’ experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess tenacity, strong attention to detail, and a professional approach to work, with the ability to manage complex conveyancing matters and work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subdivision and consolidation of properties
  • Sectional title work, including scheme openings and transfers
  • Full title transfers
  • Town planning processes
  • Notarial deeds, specifically servitudes
