About the Role

Ceres is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage, movement, and organization of our inventory. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and reliable service delivery, we cater to various projects in agriculture, construction, and infrastructure across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse, including storing, moving, and organizing inventory
• Plan and organize inventory and stock levels, including monitoring stock levels
• Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory, including tracking orders and deliveries
• Control the collection and distribution of equipment and/or inventory
• Conduct monthly and yearly inventory counts as required
• Ensure a high level of tidiness and order in the warehouse and surrounding areas
• Handle light to medium weight loads, including lifting and moving inventory with the use of a forklift when necessary

Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Pastel
• Experience in inventory management
• Code B supervisory license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• High level of organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Reliable, honest, and accountable
