Job Description

My client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Inter-company Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and has a strong background in inter-company accounting and reconciliations. You will be responsible for ensuring that inter-company accounts are accurately reconciled, invoices are processed efficiently, and settlement activities are executed in a timely manner across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile inter-company accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Process outstanding and missing inter-company invoices Support regional operations with inter-company-related queries Perform daily financial transactions related to inter-company activities Provide weekly reports on account statuses and discrepancies to regional finance leadership Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to resolve queries promptly Prepare settlement details for review and action by management Generate recharge invoices between entities Process journal entries to correct inter-company balances where necessary Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely dispute resolution Manage work schedules to align with multiple global time zones Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree or Diploma in Accounting Minimum 5 years experience in inter-company reconciliations At least 5 years experience in invoice processing and data capturing Experience in accounts receivable and invoicing would be advantageous Experience working in a multi-country, multi-currency environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams), with intermediate Excel skills Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Apply now!
