Job Requirements Shift and weekend availability, including full duty manager responsibilities Daily cash-ups, morning capturing for the bookkeeper, and cash counting Issuing daily floats and keys Daily logging of fuel on Fuel Smart End-of-day commercial entity cash-up Loading invoices on Oracle for payment Capturing petty cash and imprest card purchases on Oracle Checking and sending daily speed point batch reports Coordinating private functions, weddings, and celebrations Assisting with midweek and month-end stock takes Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service Training, mentoring, and supervising staff Creating and maintaining menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports Ensuring management visibility on the floor every second weekend Transporting staff on the resort when required Assisting the commercial manager with additional duties Package Salary: R15 000 per month Full-time role within a reputable bistro restaurant Growth opportunities within a dynamic hospitality environment Start Date: ASAP
