Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, Proven experience in an internal sales position, preferably within the building materials industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups effectively Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service DUTIES Handle inbound sales enquiries from contractors, fabricators, wholesalers, and walk-in customers Prepare and follow up on quotations for aluminium products, systems, and accessories Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, pricing, and lead times Provide product advice and technical support on aluminium profiles, systems, and finishes Liaise with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time Maintain regular contact with customers to manage order progress and resolve queries Support external Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing, and customer information Capture and update customer details, quotes, and orders on the company CRM or ERP system Handle after-sales support, including order amendments, returns, and customer queries Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting sales targets and turnaround times Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
