Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of integrated project schedules
- Establish planning standards, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance
- Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective actions
- Perform schedule risk analysis and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to planning team members
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in project planning and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and planning methodologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
