About the Role
Our client, an established construction company, is seeking an experienced Wet Works Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site wet work activities in the Cape Town region. This hands-on supervisory role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination of subcontractors, and strict adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on-site wet work activities
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work
- Develop and implement effective materials management systems
- Conduct setting out and levelling tasks
- Apply waterproofing skills and knowledge
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 certificate)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in wet works supervisory role
- Brickwork, plastering, screeding, finishing experience
- Waterproofing skills and knowledge
- Setting out and levelling skills
- Materials management experience
- Team supervision capabilities
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
Salary & Benefits
- R850,000 per annum
