About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, strong CRM experience, and a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to high performance
- Own overall sales growth (B2B + e-commerce) and pipeline health
- Manage CRM (Monday) adoption, automation, and reporting
- Oversee B2B marketing strategy via outsourced partners, tracking ROI and lead quality
- Ensure commercial systems (CRM, Shopify, inventory) support sales and growth
- Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and production
- Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and growing a sales team
- Strong CRM experience (Monday preferred)
- Commercial and revenue-focused mindset
- Ability to lead through influence, trust, and accountability
- Comfortable managing outsourced agencies/partners
- B2B sales experience
- E-commerce exposure (Shopify)
- Familiarity with inventory systems (Cin7 / DEAR)
- Experience in founder-led or fast-growth businesses
