About the Role
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our international wellness brand in the Cape Winelands as Assistant Club General Manager. This role will be responsible for the full management and ownership of the operational and commercial performance of the club, including income statements, sales acquisition, member engagement and retention, brand excellence, and people management.

Requirements
- NSC Matric Certificate essential
- Relevant Business, hospitality or retail Tertiary qualification essential
- NQF 7 Must have worked as a Club General Manager, or a Hospitality\ General Manager within premium or luxury hospitality, country club or retail environment
- A solid understanding of People/HR procedures which includes recruitment, people development, people relations, performance management and coaching skills
