About the Role
Manage payroll tax calculations across multiple jurisdictions ensuring accurate gross-to-net processing within country-specific frameworks, prepare and review monthly and annual payroll tax filings across relevant countries, identify, investigate, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies, liaise with local in-country stakeholders for query resolution, and perform any additional related ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7)
- Proven operational payroll and/or tax experience in multi-jurisdiction or cross-border environments
- Direct ownership of payroll tax submissions
- Strong understanding of compliance risk within international payroll structures
- Advanced Excel capability (including lookup functions, nested IF statements, pivot tables, data reconciliation)
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively under strict global deadlines across time zones
- Clear and professional written communication skills (client-facing exposure preferred)
