About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Article Clerk to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a legal practice, utilizing their strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file court documents for submission to the Magistrates Court
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff members as required
- Assist with research and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements
- Completed LLB Right of Appearance in the Magistrates Court
- Previous exposure to a legal practice environment will be advantageous
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Formal education in Law (LLB) is required.
