About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a high-end luxury safari lodge in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal. As a live-in position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the lodge’s standards while ensuring guests feel safe, welcomed, and cared for at all hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the night audit process and balance all daily transactions accurately
- Oversee overnight guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and lodge property
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management review
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during night hours
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar hospitality role
- Strong numerical, administrative, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
- Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation
- Ability to work independently, calmly, and responsibly overnight
- Computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
