Join a leading game lodge as a Reservations professional and take the next step in your hospitality career. We are seeking an experienced reservations specialist to join our team at Vikela Private Reserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings for guests
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and booking details
- Assist with lodge operations and daily activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years reservations experience in lodge setting
- Strong admin & customer service skills
- Knowledge of lodge operations
- Excellent communication & admin skills
