About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Bartender to join our luxury game lodge team, based close to Pongola. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding 5* beverage experience to our guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and personalised.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Provide warm, professional, and personalised bar service to all guests.
- Engage confidently with guests, sharing knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Anticipate guest preferences and create memorable, tailored experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
