City Deep: Payroll Assistant

Location: JHB, Gauteng Requirements: Matric Diploma in Payroll Management or similar ERS Biometric and Sage VIP experience Must be able to thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment Responsibilities: Management of employee annual and sick leave applications with the NBCRFLI. Submit AWOL applications to NBCRFLI. Assist with sick bonus, year-end bonus and year-end leave applications at the NBCRFLI. Assisting with NBCRFLI D-form submissions as well as the provident fund submissions. Management of employee leave and sick leave applications on SAGE VIP. Assist with daily queries from National Bargaining Council. Weekly checking of wages timecards and overtime calculations on ERS and VIP. Management and loading of new employees and terminations on ERS and VIP Ensure the weekly wages payroll runs smoothly. Management of Garnishee deductions weekly and ensuring successful monthly payments and timeous reconciliations of garnishees. Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll reports as well as reconciliations. Assisting with the preparation of labour broker staff hours and payroll submissions when required.
