About the Role

As a Cargo Sales Consultant at Boneo Placement Services, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our customer base by researching databases, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press to identify potential customers. You will proactively target this list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) with the aim of converting them into ACS customers.

Key Responsibilities

Researching databases, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press to build a list of potential customers
Proactively targeting the list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
Converting potential customers to ACS customers
Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available
Maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Working towards sales targets to meet financial objectives
Demonstrating expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
Managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
Presenting bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
Flight watching/overseeing flight departures

Requirements

Strong research and sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the aircraft and chartering process is an advantage
