Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop & implement training strategy, materials, and programs Conduct skills gap analysis and manage training budgets Facilitate technical and operational training Manage learnerships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs Ensure compliance with WSP, ATR, and HR reporting requirements Promote safety through training and competency development Maintain accurate training records and reporting Minimum Requirements Relevant Engineering qualification Trade Test (Millwright advantageous) HRD qualification or willingness to study (advantageous) 5 years or more experience as a Technical Trainer Registered/qualified SDF Strong leadership, admin, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of EE, SDL, SD Act & SAQA Intermediate MS Office skills
