About the Role
The Financial Manager role at our organisation is a critical position that requires expertise in financial management, cost accounting, and leadership. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our company’s financial performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss accounts
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction
- Oversee cost accounting functions, including budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting
- 5 Years of experience in Financial Management
- Working knowledge of Cost Accounting
