Direct Travel Designer | Luxury Travel Company | Cape Town (Hybrid Role) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Direct Travel Designer for a leading luxury travel company in Cape Town. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while contributing to creating bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients ✨ Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operations • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills • Strong destination knowledge and ability to create personalised travel experiences • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment Key Responsibilities: • Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and expectations • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, and experiences within the luxury travel market • Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service from initial enquiry through post-travel follow-up • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence • Stay up to date with global travel trends, products, and suppliers within the luxury sector Package: • Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience • Attractive commission structure offering high earning potential Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
