About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Direct Travel Designer for a leading luxury travel company in Cape Town. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while contributing to creating bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and expectations
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, and experiences within the luxury travel market
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service from initial enquiry through post-travel follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
- Stay up to date with global travel trends, products, and suppliers within the luxury sector
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operations
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
Strong destination knowledge and ability to create personalised travel experiences
