Ladybrand: Workshop Foreman

The ideal candidate is a qualified Technician with strong diagnostic expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for operational excellence, with strong technical expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, capable of delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced workshop environment. Required: Perform quality checks on all vehicles Assist with diagnostics and fault finding Conduct tool checks and ensure that all equipment remains in a good working condition Support the service team with services, when required Accurately capture customer dissatisfaction and provide technical explanations when needed Sign-off on and inspect job cards Lead and develop workshop technicians and apprentices Maintain technician morale, motivation, and productivity Recognized Technical/Automotive qualification (advantageous) Qualified Technician with minimum 5 years experience Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics and the use of diagnostic equipment
