Job Description
The ideal candidate will have the leadership skills to manage teams effectively, the technical knowledge to handle battery management systems, and the interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow.
- Oversee production processes and implement quality control measures.
- Manage and troubleshoot battery management systems and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Innovate and improve production processes for better efficiency and quality.
- Ability to deal both with team members as well as clients in a professional manner
- Attend call outs and client concerns at sites
- Ongoing innovation and improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum Matric
- Tertiary education in electrical related field
- Drivers License and own vehicle non-negotiable
- Experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of battery management systems and electrical solutions highly advantageous
- Standard working hours but Overtime may be required from time to time
Remuneration
- R20 500 – R26 500 (Depending on Experience)
