About the Role
Bilnor Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities within a mining or heavy industrial environment, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily work schedules.
- Assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
- Supervise mechanics to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Identify required spare parts and tools for each job.
- Ensure job cards and related documentation are completed and submitted daily.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Artisan Trade Certificate Diesel Mechanic
- 4 years’ experience in maintenance within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Previous Management / Foreman experience
- Valid driver’s license
