Job Description

JUNIOR ADMIN. CONTROLLER (ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR) / PAARL – Applicant from the Retail Clothing or FMCG Industry will take preference. Minimum requirements Matric NQF5 in retail or business administration (advantageous) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 2 – 5 years relevant sales/cashier environment Analytical thinker Finance management Customer focus Decision-making skills Attention to detail Problem-solving Planning and organizing Key responsibilities Manage daily banking, cash-ups, and float controls Maintain store records, files, and reports Authorize transactions and oversee lay-bys and RTS processes Conduct regular spot checks on cashiers and cash floats Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards Assist and train staff in Customer Service Manage staff performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions Salary – Market related Undertakings: Criminal & Credit checks; Qualification verification, assessments, and relevant training Salary: Market related (depending on experience) Application Process: ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL RECEIVE PREFERENCE.
