Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric is essential.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Experience selling technical products or equipment (advantageous).
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and needs assessments.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions.
  • Work closely with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate product supply and delivery.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
