Job Description
The main focus of this role will be to manage the operational efficiency of the hammer mill production as well as the storage of lucerne, with a focus on risk. The position is based in Jan Kempdorp, Northern Cape.
Requirements:
- Basic Qualification: Operational or Agricultural tertiary qualification
Work Experience required:
- Strong Operational background.
- 3 – 5 years experience.
- Understanding/experience of Lucerne as a commodity.
- Understand risks in the Agri-environment, with a focus on Lucerne.
- Likeable/relatable person, with the ability to manage a local team and drive productivity.
- Adaptable to deal with third party storage suppliers.
- Preventative maintenance and efficiency mind-set in a production environment.
- Lucerne grading certificate essentail.
