About the Role
PnS Group Ltd is seeking a Graduate – People Analytics (People Services) to join our team of innovative thinkers. As a key member of our people services department, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to drive business intelligence and analytics, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing HR data
- Exposure to data-driven decision-making processes
- Mentorship from analytics professionals
- Contributing to strategic HR initiatives
Requirements
- National Diploma in Data Analytics or Information Systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
- Understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective communication of data insights
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: National Diploma in Data Analytics or Information Systems
